KDP-friendly page setup
Choose popular trim sizes such as 6 × 9, 5 × 8, and 8.5 × 11 inches. Pro adds 5.25 × 8, 5.5 × 8.5, 6.14 × 9.21, 7 × 10, and 8 × 10 inches. Print mode applies mirrored margins for left- and right-hand pages.
Consistent typography
Set supported body typefaces including Georgia, Times New Roman, and Garamond, then control font size, line spacing, paragraph spacing, and first-line indentation from the project settings.
Front matter and structure
Add title, copyright, and dedication pages when needed. You can also include a Word-compatible dynamic table of contents so the document structure remains useful during review.
Image quality warnings
Embedded images are checked for low resolution and surfaced as warnings alongside the result. The app helps identify assets that deserve attention without silently replacing your artwork.
DOCX and PDF outputs
The formatted Word document is the primary output. Projects can also generate a PDF for visual inspection when PDF export is selected and the server’s document conversion tools are available.
Paperback cover generation
Pro users can upload separate front and back PNG, JPG, JPEG, or WEBP artwork, enter page count and paper type, and create a 300 DPI wrap-cover PDF calculated for the selected trim size.

Privacy and account safety

Private, ownership-scoped files
Uploaded manuscripts and generated files are stored under user and project boundaries. Downloads are authorized against the signed-in owner on the server before a file is returned.
Security-conscious account flows
Passwords use secure hashing, browser state-changing forms use CSRF protection, sensitive endpoints are rate-limited, and password-reset and verification tokens are stored as hashes with expiry.

Use automation for the repetition. Keep judgment for the final review.
The best result still comes from opening the generated files, checking page breaks, reviewing images, confirming front matter, and making sure the finished book reflects your intent before publishing.
